Description
Gas Spring Dual Monitor Arm
Family: Arms & Mounts Category: Monitor Arms Color: Black
Arrange two screens around the way you work. Two independently adjustable gas spring arms share one desk mounting point, replacing separate monitor bases and helping you switch between a main display and reference screen.
Is This Right for You
For a two-screen desk where each monitor needs its own height and angle. Useful for comparing documents, extending a desktop or keeping a reference screen beside the main display. Verify each monitor separately before choosing this mount.
Key Benefits
- Balance each gas spring independently to reposition two monitors as needed.
- Use one desk mounting point to clear the space occupied by two monitor bases.
- Set each screen in landscape or portrait orientation and route cables along the arms.
Compatibility and Installation
Each monitor must match the specified weight range and VESA pattern. Check the combined screen widths and the space behind the desk. The desktop must support both monitors plus the mount; clamp and grommet installation require access underneath.
Specifications and Adjustment

| Desktop thickness for clamp | 20–120 mm |

Materials and Construction
Aluminum and plastic construction with separate gas spring mechanisms for the two screens. The shared base supports both arms; covers and cable routing keep wiring close to the assembly.
Setup and Everyday Use
- Fit the clamp or grommet assembly at a strong mounting position. Check that the desktop can support the complete two-monitor setup.
- Attach each screen with screws matching its VESA holes and permitted screw depth. Support each screen during assembly.
- Balance each gas spring to its own screen weight, arrange the displays and route cables with slack. Check that the screens and arms do not collide throughout the intended movement.
Limitations
The 2–9 kg rating applies to each monitor, not as a load that can be shared between arms. A screen above 9 kg cannot be offset by a lighter second screen. Large monitors may restrict movement or prevent some layouts. Grommet mounting requires a suitable opening. Do not dismantle the gas springs.
