Description
Adjustable Folding Laptop Stand
Family: Risers & Stands Category: Laptop Stands Color: Silver
Position your laptop display for desk work, video calls or viewing with a folding aluminum stand. Hinged supports let you change the height and platform angle, while padded contact points help keep the laptop in place.
Is This Right for You
For users who want to raise a laptop on a firm desk without fitting a desk clamp. Pair it with a separate keyboard and mouse when the display is elevated. The folding design also suits a setup that is packed away between sessions.
Key Benefits
- Manual height and angle adjustment helps you position the display for the task.
- An open platform leaves space around the laptop underside for passive airflow.
- Silicone pads and front stops help support the laptop and limit sliding.
Compatibility and Installation
For compatible laptops up to 17 inches and weighing less than 4 kg. Screen size alone does not establish fit: check the underside shape, contact area and front-edge engagement. All support points must remain secure, with vents and connectors unobstructed.

Materials and Construction
The aluminum-alloy platform and supports form the main structure. Silicone pads cushion contact with the laptop and desk, while padded front stops help retain the device on the tilted surface. Keep the pads clean and check the joints periodically for looseness.
Setup and Everyday Use
- Unfold the stand on a firm, level surface. Set the height and platform angle before placing the laptop, following the matching instructions for the joints.
- Center the laptop on the pads with its lower edge behind the front stops. Check balance, vent clearance and cable slack before letting go.
- Use a separate keyboard and mouse for sustained work with the screen raised. Remove the laptop before folding or carrying the stand.
Limitations
This stand does not attach to the laptop or desk. It is unsuitable for uneven or soft surfaces and may move under forceful typing or touchscreen use. The published height setting is not a screen-height range; laptop geometry and platform angle affect the final display position. Ask Jianvo for footprint and folded dimensions when clearance or bag fit is critical. Passive airflow does not guarantee a temperature reduction.
